"Basilio did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on our very tall Victorian home — and trust me, they were *very* full. He was punctual, communicative, and incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. I work from home and was stuck in meetings most of the day, so they went out of their way to keep me updated via text, which was so convenient and thoughtful. The proof was in the pudding: it poured down rain the very next day, and the difference in how my gutters drained was immediately noticeable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially if you've got a super tall house that needs higher ladders and extra attention!"

"Fantastic work. BL Waterproofing worked on a variety of jobs at our home. They were on time. cleaned up the site like they hadn't even been there! The quotes were easy to review and approve. Love this company and will be using in the future. PS they were so good we also told our next door neighbor and daughter and they used them too!"

"We had a huge leak in our front yard. They came out and gave us an estimate and were very honest and reasonable. They were able to complete the job the same day. We had to call them back for a separate leak and they came out right away and didn't hesitate to help. Very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend!"

"Prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. Basilio was quite professional and had the ability to fix our problem areas where squirrels had chewed into the eaves of our house. His work was perfect."

"During this very snowy weekend, they were responsive to my asking for service and did a great job for a fair price. Very friendly and professional too. Definitely a thumbs up."
